day-of coordination
Every day-of coordination, or DOC, package starts with a no-obligation consultation. It's most important that our personalities are the right fit for you, after all! And because we love our clients so much (no, really, we do!) our DOC services come standard with unlimited in-person, phone and e-mail conversations.

Day-of coordination is right for you if you've enjoyed taking on most of the planning yourself (vendor selections, concepts and design) but would like someone working for you the weeks leading up to the big day to create your timeline, confirm your vendors and be there on the day of the wedding to take over.

Sample of day-of coordination services:
- Creation of a fully customized timeline for you and your wedding party.
- Distribution of timeline to all vendors.
- Vendor confirmations (arrivals, departures, set-up and tear-down).
- One venue walkthrough to finalize logistics.
- Unlimited hours of your wedding day.

Every package is tailored to each client, and we'll discuss this at your consultation. Basically, we'll do whatever is necessary to ensure the best wedding day imagineable.
Pricing starts at $700.

Partial & Full planning
Partial planning might be a good option for you if you would like assistance with aspects of the actual planning, but don't need full planning services.

Samples of partial planning services:
- Selecting vendors
- Artistic direction for paper goods, decor, etc.
- Design services for paper goods
- Payment tracking
- Budgeting

Rehearsal Coordination
We bill rehearsal coordination seperately. Why, you ask? I'm so glad you asked! Based on our experience, we have found that not all couples needs a coordinator at their rehearsal because, especially for church weddings, the officiant will run the show. In that case, we simply don't want clients paying for something they won't need or use.

If you would like us to coordinate your rehearsal, the charge is $100.
